REI Trail Series 5k at Historic Smithville Park June 26, 2016 by John Beck Haven't run a 5k in a while. Ran the @rei trail race at Smithville Park. Felt decent. Didn't think I had much speed anymore but ended up running about 22:30 and finished around 6th or 7th overall.
