Instagram: July 31, 2020 July 31, 2020 by John Beck View this post on Instagram Day 200 of my #runstreak and with the help of @ginancapone it was a big one! Over the course of those 200 days I’ve racked up 1,400 #running miles, includes a bunch of 50k’s and marathons and even a hundred miler. On day 100 I celebrated by running a sub-5 hour 50k which gave me a huge PR so today I wanted to celebrate day 200 by running another PR! Gina pushed me to get sub 6min mile for the first time ever. Admittedly I’ve never actually attempted to run only a mile so I didn’t really know what to expect. We both feel I could be faster next time now that I know what it’s like and hopefully the track wouldn’t be as wet.
