Uptown Gentlefriends is holding an event, Delaware River Loop Series: Loop #2, on November 13, 2021 at 08:00AM at Washington Crossing Parking Lot (towpath)/Nelson House; Titusville, NJ.

More info: The Uptown Gentlefriends present the Delaware River Loop Series. A non-competitive, no time limit running series. 5 loops within 5 months totaling 64 miles in NJ and PA along the beautiful and historic Delaware River from Trenton to Frenchtown. Starting in October of 2021 and finishing in March of 2022. Run on your own or with the group (recommended).

The entire loop series will only be $15 and covers at least one fully stocked aid station per loop and a unique handmade finishers award. If you or a friend want to run a loop and not participate in the entire series bring them along!

Uptown Gentlefriends is holding an event, UGF Strengthening and Track Workout, on April 12, 2021 at 06:00PM at Steinert High School track & bleachers; 2900 Klockner Road, Hamilton NJ

More info: FUN weekly Monday evening workouts last about 90 minutes and may include the following:

Burpees, jumping jacks, push-ups, dips, lunges, bear crawls, crab walks, broad jumps

Sandbags, battle ropes, rings, bleachers

And some running

Bring your own hydration and a positive attitude (and gloves if you want them for the track).
