I only ran in four races, 305.3 total race miles. A lot lower than in past years and didn\u2019t get in any miles the last three weeks of the year due to an injury but I\u2019m feeling better and the pace has improved. Most importantly I\u2019ve volunteered and crewed at a few events this year and in turn helped dozens and dozens of folks reach their personal records and more. I\u2019ve also attended more events and not only cheered on my friends but also motivated others. Personally, the Uptown Gentlefriends events that I\u2019ve created were even more successful this year, record numbers at the Track Attack and Delaware River Loop Series as well fantastic new course Dash & Deciduous 5k that I designed. 2023 is going to be great and I\u2019m looking forward to seeing even more runners go above and beyond!"},"content":{"rendered":"
