More info: Joey and Frank lead this FUN weekly Monday evening workout. Workouts last about 90 minutes and may include the following and more:<\/p>\n

Burpees, jumping jacks, push-ups, dips, lunges, bear crawls, crab walks, broad jumps<\/p>\n

Sandbags, battle ropes, rings, bleachers<\/p>\n

And some running<\/p>\n

Bring your own hydration and a positive attitude (and gloves if you want them for the track).<\/p>\n
