Join the Gentlefriends on New Year’s Day for an easy fun trail run. If you haven’t come out running with us before or haven’t even met some of us then this is a great opportunity. We stick together, regrouping at intersections, stopping for pictures here and there. And most importantly we will have fun!<\/p>\n

I’ll have some snacks and water for post run. New Years Day only; so rain or shine (or snow).<\/p>\n

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. The State Park sometimes hosts a “First Day Hike” which starts at 11. Let’s try to finish up before they start.<\/p>\n

COURSE DESCIPTION:
\nJust under 5 miles. Scenic. Some clusters of roots. Some rolling hills but less than 200ft total gain throughout the entire course.<\/p>\n

There are more trails within the area but I think this course covers all the best spots. The course winds through the State Park and the Nature Center grounds.
